Job Description
- Knowledge of English and Fluency is mandatory
- Knowledge of MS Office and Email Communication

- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Conduct market research and network to generate new leads and establish a solid pipeline.
- Conceive of and implement plans to bring in new business and strategic alliances.
- Demonstrate agency services and adapt proposals to meet client needs after understanding them.
- Work together with the strategy and creative teams to provide individualised solutions.
- Successfully finalise contracts through negotiation and closing of deals.
Connect with current customers on a personal level to encourage them to do business with you again. - Possess a minimum of one years of relevant work experience as a BDE or an equivalent position in an advertising agency or associated field.
Branding, marketing, and advertising concepts are heavily understood. - Superb abilities in communicating, negotiating, and interacting with others.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Motivated, self-directed, and capable of working both alone and in a team.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a business-related or marketing-related undergraduate major.
