Job Title: International Business Development Executive

Experience: 1 –3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads from international markets
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with overseas clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow-ups for deal closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Manage existing international clients and upsell services
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales reports
Requirements
  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in international sales or business development is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with international time zones
  • Understanding of global sales processes and client handling
Skills
  • Email communication and negotiation
  • Lead generation (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, etc.)
